REFUND POLICY
You have 14 calendar days to contact us by email or phone about a full refund if you meet one of the following criteria:
1. Aerosols cans are received in leaking, damaged, dented, or corroded condition; 2. Alloys are received in corroded condition; 3. Magnets are received in chipped or shattered condition; or, 4. Aerosol can(s) fail to deploy (save the defective can).
All aerosols and chum buckets are assigned a lot code which you will be asked for during the refund process to help us identify the unit and manufacture date. If you cannot produce this code, no refund will be issued.
Absolutely no refunds will be given for spent (empty) aerosol cans, used alloys, used hooks, or used magnets. If you are uncertain about the use of the product, please contact us for assistance. Please familiarize yourself with our Conditions of Use prior to purchasing.
RETURNS
In most circumstances, we will not ask you to return the defective product to us, but we will ask for a photo or detailed description of the defect.
SHIPPING
Aerosols, alloys, and magnets must be shipped as Consumer Commodity ORM-D, therefore, only ground service is availble within the continental United States. We are also able to accomodate shipments to customers in the Bahamas. Please contact us after purchase to make arrangements.
